About the Role
In this commercially focused role, you’ll take ownership of a key category portfolio, driving strategic direction, supplier partnerships, and trading performance. More than just managing the range, you'll shape the forward strategy; identifying growth opportunities, building margin through smarter buying and pricing, and influencing how the business brings product to market.
You’ll lead the end-to-end category plan; from product selection and promotional campaigns to lifecycle management and whitespace innovation whilst working in close partnership with analytics, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to bring plans to life. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on decision-making, commercial outcomes, and influencing strategy across the business.
