The Role
As eCommerce Manager you'll step into a role that is responsible for driving online sales growth, improving user experience, and executing digital strategies across the region as well as third party online retailers. 
Reporting into a visionary leader with a wealth of experience behind them in the beauty and personal care space, you’ll have the space to lead, but with the autonomy to drive your team and your function using your own ideas and initiative. You’ll be supported by an agile, tight-knit ANZ team and a broader global group of over 500 people.

Key Focus Areas
  • Lead and elevate the global digital and eCommerce strategy, especially across the Western markets 
  • Own and optimise end-to-end CRM, from new customer acquisition to loyalty and retention
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, yes, we want someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in!
  • Guide and grow a small team and optimise partnerships, including performance marketing, content, CRM and third-party partnerships.
  • Shape and scale a customer-first growth model, working closely with Sales, Product, and the CEO.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in an eCommerce Management role, ideally within beauty, personal care, wellness, luxury, or adjacent industries.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems, digital performance, customer lifecycle marketing, and global go-to-market strategies.
  • Highly strategic but not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you’ll be both the architect and the builder.
  • A natural leader who builds trust, empowers teams, and can navigate high-growth, high-change environments.
  • Solutions-oriented, commercially savvy, and passionate about clean, purposeful brands.
