About the company:
Our client is leading the Australian market in the luxury appliance space, specialising in premium products across cooking, cleaning, and laundry. With a strong presence in both consumer and commercial channels, they’re known for their service, quality, and innovation. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a Customer Experience Coordinator to support their Victorian service function.
 
About the role:
This role acts as the first point of contact for all incoming customer and service-related enquiries. You'll be managing the full process, from logging service cases and scheduling repairs, to coordinating parts and keeping customers in the loop. It’s a broad role that works closely with service technicians, third-party agents, and internal teams, giving you full ownership of the customer journey from start to finish.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality customer service across both B2C and B2B channels
  • Logging jobs, raising cases, and scheduling appointments using SAP and CRM systems
  • Coordinating internal and third-party technicians across VIC
  • Managing spare parts movements and reviewing product specifications
  • Supporting system updates, reporting, and internal service processes
 
Skills and attributes:
  • Customer service or service coordination background, ideally from a product or technical environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, confident managing tough conversations
  • Experience using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM/ERP systems
  • Adaptable and self-motivated. Enjoys working in a small, collaborative team
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive and positive mindset
