Position Overview
The Creative Content Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing Solbari’s brand storytelling through high-impact content across all organic and paid social channels. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this position is focused on creating engaging, mobile-first content that builds community, drives awareness, and delivers performance across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. With a passion for video and a strong understanding of platform nuances, this role is responsible for developing culturally relevant content that brings Solbari’s brand to life – from behind-the-scenes storytelling to educational moments and trend-driven campaigns. Comfortable in front of and behind the camera, you’ll be both a hands-on creator and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a creative-first role with strong executional responsibility. You’ll work closely with UGC creators, agencies, and the broader marketing team to deliver a cohesive content strategy that reflects brand priorities and resonates across every touchpoint. While influencer and KOL relationships are managed by the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely to ensure their activity is integrated into our social storytelling and aligns with your content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Development: Own the content strategy and manage end-to-end production across organic and paid channels, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
  • Social Media Execution: Lead the day-to-day execution of Solbari’s global social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Content Creation: Ideate, film, edit, and publish high-performing, mobile-first content that reflects our tone of voice and premium visual identity.
  • On-Camera Presence: Confidently feature in social content, including TikToks, Reels, how-to’s, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Calendar & Campaign Planning: Build and manage a proactive content calendar aligned to product launches, ambassador moments, and relevant cultural events.
  • Creator & Influencer Integration: Collaborate with UGC creators and work alongside the Marketing Coordinator to ensure influencer and KOL content is integrated into social storytelling.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our audience in-platform to build advocacy, amplify brand storytelling, and strengthen customer connection.
  • Performance-Driven Content: Create content that supports full-funnel storytelling across both organic and paid channels, optimised for reach and impact.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative and content reflects Solbari’s values, voice, and visual identity across every touchpoint.
