As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll take responsibility for delivering best-in-class campaigns from concept through to execution. About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll take responsibility for delivering best-in-class campaigns from concept through to execution. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same – one day you might be coordinating a national thought-leadership campaign, the next activating an event sponsorship, curating content for a digital platform, or briefing creative agencies on new concepts.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Designing campaign journeys that cut across multiple channels (digital, social, events, podcasts, media partnerships).
- Coordinating agencies and suppliers across research, design, communications, paid media, events, and production.
- Supporting event activations at conferences and client forums, ensuring strong alignment with campaign objectives.
- Curating and creating content for internal and external channels including websites, eDMs, podcasts, social platforms, and internal microsites.
- Writing communications to drive awareness and engagement with campaign activity.
- Measuring campaign effectiveness, drawing insights from CRM, digital, and media data, and presenting recommendations to inform future activity.
- Managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders – from senior partners to external agencies – ensuring alignment and seamless delivery.
- Helping embed marketing best practices across the team, championing efficiency, consistency, and client-first thinking.
- Driving the use of Salesforce CRM and other marketing tools to improve targeting, reporting, and personalisation.
- Ensuring brand consistency, risk management, and compliance across all activity.
To succeed, you’ll bring a blend of campaign delivery expertise, stakeholder management skills, and commercial acumen. We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree or formal qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Strong digital knowledge, ideally with exposure to Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CMS platforms.
- Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets at once.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- A collaborative approach – you’re comfortable building relationships across different teams and managing a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience within professional services is highly advantageous.
