About the role
Take the reins on building projects from start to finish! Lead teams, manage contracts, and make every project count.
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of building project delivery, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities
  • Ensure projects meet scope, time, cost, cash-flow, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate project staff, external consultants, contractors, and other business units to achieve objectives
  • Provide high-level contract coordination for traditional and non-traditional contracts
  • Lead stakeholder negotiations to deliver value-for-money solutions
  • Control variances through exception reporting and project audits
  • Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed and mentor a team of Project Managers and other staff
 
About you
  • Experienced in managing building projects from pre-design to post-construction
  • Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
  • Strong background in contract administration and project cost/time control
  • Able to lead negotiations with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to mentor staff and manage performance and understand how your work contributes to wider organisational objectives
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Analyses information rigorously and exercises sound judgement
  • Accountable, collaborative, and demonstrates strong project management expertise
