About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role where your expertise in building inspections and asbestos management will make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality condition assessment services across a diverse range of facilities, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
From conducting on-site inspections and surveys through to producing detailed maintenance reports, you’ll play a critical role in identifying risks, recommending solutions, and supporting clients in managing asbestos-containing materials. With some travel required, including by light aircraft, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to apply your technical knowledge in different environments.

From conducting on-site inspections and surveys through to producing detailed maintenance reports, you’ll play a critical role in identifying risks, recommending solutions, and supporting clients in managing asbestos-containing materials. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed building inspections and surveys, including asbestos sample collection for laboratory testing.
- Analyse asset records, maintenance histories, and management plans to prepare high-quality Maintenance Assessment Reports.
- Identify building-related maintenance and environmental risks and prepare scopes of work with indicative costs.
- Provide specialist advice on asbestos management strategies, ensuring compliance with current Codes of Practice and legislation.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering clear communication, professional service, and practical solutions.
- Respond to requests for asbestos sampling, testing, site decontamination, and related requirements.
- Contribute to tender preparation, cost estimation, and project supervision where required.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment at all times.
