About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded individual to join Lavazza Australia’s Sales Team as Key Account Manager – Ecommerce & Electrical. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website and lead relationships with key electrical retail partners including Big W, The Good Guys, and Harvey Norman. Working at the intersection of digital and retail, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and optimising performance across both channels. This is an exciting opportunity to combine digital innovation with traditional retail strategy within one of the world’s most trusted and premium coffee brands.

Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised professional with proven experience managing D2C websites and key retail accounts, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or premium consumer brands. The successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience driving sales growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
  • Skilled in range planning, product launches, promotions, and retail/ecommerce calendars.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities across local and international teams.
  • Analytical ability to track performance, interpret data, and make commercial recommendations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
