Senior Consultant
Frederica joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2022 and specialises in Sales recruitment across Consumer & FMCG and Retail organisations. She partners with mid-level professionals across permanent appointments, supporting brands to appoint high-performing commercial talent in competitive markets.
Prior to recruitment, Frederica built experience in Sales, Importing and Logistics, as well as Account Management within the horticultural industry. Working closely with key customers and international suppliers, she developed a strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability. Having this experience has given her practical insight into the expectations placed on sales and account management professionals.
Frederica is known for her market knowledge, strong networks and ability to build lasting relationships. She works closely with both clients and candidates to understand performance drivers, cultural fit and long-term ambition, ensuring each connection or conversation contributes to sustainable growth for both sides.
Outside of work, Frederica enjoys travelling, reading and exploring Melbourne’s food scene!
