Six Degrees Executive are partnering with a global FMCG business known for its collaborative culture, strong category presence, and ongoing investment in capability. As the team continues to expand, an opportunity has become available for a Sales Support Manager to join the commercial function on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with the potential for future progression.
Reporting to the Head of Grocery & eCommerce, this role plays a crucial part in enabling the sales team to execute effectively by driving performance tracking, reporting routines, process improvement, and supporting innovation launches. It’s a role suited to someone who is customer-centric, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing sales reporting, performance dashboards and data accuracy
• Coordinating product and innovation set-up (GS1 submissions, SKU data & price lists)
• Supporting customer planning cycles and sales team preparation
• Identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth execution
We’re seeking someone with strong Excel capability, excellent organisational skills, and the drive to work autonomously. You’ll enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and being a trusted support partner to a fast-paced sales team. Candidates who are eager to progress into an NAE role over time will be well suited.
