Role Overview
This is a true hunter role focused on building relationships, solution selling, and winning new business across key industries nationally.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, targeting and securing mid to large customers, building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. With strong operational support behind you, your focus stays where it should be, out in the market creating growth.
This role offers an uncapped commission structure, with a percentage of margin paid to you on every deal you make.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and win new customers, engaging with C-suite stakeholders
- Drive consistent outbound activity and build a healthy pipeline
- Lead meetings, proposals and commercial negotiations end to end
- Develop tailored solutions aligned to each client’s operational needs
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Skills and Attributes
- Proven new business hunter with strong end-to-end sales success
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers
- Logistics or freight exposure advantageous, but not essential
- Commercially sharp and confident negotiating deals
- Relationship-led and credible with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable working autonomously
- Team-oriented, down to earth and aligned to a smaller business culture
