We are looking for a passionate leader to head this Applications Development team. Integrating AI into the Development Practice
They are beginning a considered adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organisation, and this role will play a central part in shaping that journey. Rather than experimentation for its own sake, the focus is on practical, secure, and value-driven implementation.

Responsible Adoption: You will help define where and how AI should be applied, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.

Practical Impact: From improving workflows to embedding AI-enabled capabilities into selected processes, your work will contribute to measurable operational improvements in our soon to be built agents and models.

Strategic Contribution: You will help establish the standards, frameworks, and governance that guide how we design, build, and deploy AI-informed solutions.

What You Bring to the Table
  • The Experience: Senior level experience in software development with a track record of leading complex enterprise projects.
  • The Toolkit: Deep knowledge of integration platforms (Workato a must, Mulesoft highly regarded) and hands-on experience with languages like Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
  • The Mindset: A positive, service-oriented attitude with a "life-long learning" approach to technology.
  • The X-Factor: A great sense of humour. Work hard, but don't take ourselves too seriously. If you can navigate a high-stakes deployment and still find a reason to laugh with your team, you’ll fit right in.
