Manager – Application Development & Integration

We are looking for a passionate leader to head this Applications Development team. Integrating AI into the Development Practice
They are beginning a considered adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organisation, and this role will play a central part in shaping that journey. Rather than experimentation for its own sake, the focus is on practical, secure, and value-driven implementation.
Responsible Adoption: You will help define where and how AI should be applied, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.
Practical Impact: From improving workflows to embedding AI-enabled capabilities into selected processes, your work will contribute to measurable operational improvements in our soon to be built agents and models.
Strategic Contribution: You will help establish the standards, frameworks, and governance that guide how we design, build, and deploy AI-informed solutions.
