About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this is a standalone role with ownership of the marketing function, focussing on customer acquisition and growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy while remaining hands-on in execution, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building marketing capability from the ground up. Working alongside external agency partners, you'll review the current marketing ecosystem, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the company's growth marketing strategy
- Build and optimise a lead generation pipeline across digital channels
- Own HubSpot, marketing automation and CRM optimisation
- Manage external digital agencies across paid search, LinkedIn advertising and SEO
- Drive organic LinkedIn strategy, content marketing and customer case studies
- Review website performance and recommend opportunities to improve conversion
- Monitor emerging digital marketing trends, including AI and GEO, ensuring the business remains ahead of the curve
- Analyse campaign performance and provide monthly ROI reporting and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial objectives

You'll bring:
- Proven experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing
- Strong expertise in digital lead generation and pipeline development
- Experience using HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
- An analytical mindset with the ability to measure, interpret and communicate marketing ROI
- Experience managing external marketing agencies
- An understanding of AI and emerging digital marketing technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to executive leadership
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to identify opportunities and implement improvements independently
