Aimee joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Engineering, Operations and Technical contracting, connecting entry to mid-level talent across Consumer & FMCG organisations.
Originally from Ireland, Aimee began her career in journalism before transitioning into recruitment. Over the past several years, she has built experience across Trades, Labour and Sales & Marketing recruitment before specialising in engineering and operations. Her varied background has shaped her ability to communicate clearly, move at pace and understand the practical realities of site-based and operational environments.
Aimee focuses on building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. She values transparency and communication, ensuring each conversation or connection feels clear and considered from the outset. She understands that contracts can move quickly, and works hard to create confidence from both sides.
Outside of work, Aimee loves exploring Victoria with her partner, camping most weekends and discovering new parts of the state. She also has a new found love for Pilates!
