Alan joined Six Degrees Executive in 2021 and leads the Engineering, Operations & Technical practice in New South Wales. He specialises in permanent recruitment across the Consumer & FMCG ecosystem, partnering with organisations to appoint senior leaders across operations, manufacturing and technical functions.
With more than two decades of experience in recruitment and international supply chain, Alan brings practical operational insight to every search. He understands how leadership capability directly impacts productivity, cost control and team performance - particularly in environments where operational discipline and continuous improvement are critical.
Alan is known for his structured approach and straightforward honest advice. He works closely with leadership teams, reading between the lines of each brief, ensuring each appointment strengthens operational capability and supports long-term commercial objectives.
Outside of work, Alan is family focused and spends weekends cheering on his sporty kids. He enjoys Rugby Union, AFL and football, and remains curious about emerging technologies and how they shape the future of operations.
