Head of People and Culture

Alexandra joined Six Degrees Executive in 2007 as a Consultant recruiting Sales and Marketing roles within FMCG, drawing on her earlier career in buying and account management.

As the business evolved, so did her role, moving into HR in 2016 and being appointed Head of People & Culture in 2020. With nearly two decades in the business, Alexandra has played a key role in shaping how we hire, develop and retain our people.

She leads the People & Culture function nationally, overseeing talent strategy, leadership development, performance and engagement. Her focus is simple - build an environment where high standards and genuine care coexist. She understands that the quality of our client and candidate partnerships starts internally. By investing in clarity, accountability and growth, she ensures our teams are equipped to deliver consistently strong outcomes across markets and economic cycles.

Outside of work, Alexandra is a runner, music lover and active supporter of her teenage sons’ community sport. Her happy place is by the ocean!
