Ben joined Six Degrees Executive in Sydney in 2014 and leads the national B2B Executive Search practice. He specialises in C-suite, Managing Director, CEO and P&L leadership appointments across Business-to-Business, Services, Property and Construction organisations.

With close to two decades of executive search experience, Ben partners with boards, private equity firms, founders and executive teams on complex leadership mandates. His work spans CEO succession, board appointments and senior leadership build-outs, underpinned by rigorous assessment, research capability and long-term advisory relationships.

Ben combines commercial judgement with discretion, supporting organisations at critical inflection points in their growth.

Outside of work, Ben values time with family, enjoys cooking and remains closely engaged with sport and current affairs.
