Chief Financial Officer

Charlie joined Six Degrees Executive in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, leading the national finance function and supporting the business through strategic growth, commercial decision-making and operational performance. He partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure the business is well positioned for long-term, sustainable success.

With experience spanning large corporates, financial services, start-ups, small businesses and global not-for-profit organisations, Charlie brings a broad commercial perspective to the role. Holding both a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts, as well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (FCSI) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), he combines strong financial expertise with strategic leadership. Charlie has led finance teams of varying sizes and is known for his collaborative approach, helping leaders navigate complex commercial decisions, corporate transactions and business transformation with confidence.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys playing golf, cycling, surfing, spending time with family and friends, and planning his next overseas adventure.
