Christie joined Six Degrees Executive in 2022 and leads the FMCG Sales & Category Management recruitment team in New South Wales. She partners with organisations to appoint senior sales and category leaders who drive revenue growth, strengthen retailer relationships and optimise portfolio performance.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, Christie brings deep commercial insight to her role. Having held business management, buying, consulting and category positions herself, she understands the realities of trading performance, negotiation and cross-functional leadership. That experience allows her to assess capability beyond surface metrics and focus on what truly influences market share and commercial return.
Christie is known for her direct, transparent style and her ability to build trusted long term relationships with senior stakeholders. She focuses on long-term partnerships and appointments that contribute meaningfully to commercial strategy.
Outside of work, she plays netball, spends weekends at kids’ sport and enjoys family caravan holidays.
