Eliza Judson

Talent & Development Specialist

Eliza joined Six Degrees Executive in 2023 and is part of the People & Culture team in Sydney, supporting the national internal talent lifecycle across onboarding, learning and development, psychometrics and employee experience. Her role centres on creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged and equipped to grow. She began her journey at Six Degrees in a Talent Engagement role, bringing with her a practical understanding of the recruitment environment and the pace at which our teams operate.

Prior to Six Degrees, Eliza worked in digital advertising sales at Paramount in New York, with a background spanning sales, digital media and video production. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, is APSCO Certified and accredited in Thomas International PPA, as well as First Aid and Mental First Aid trained.

Eliza is passionate about health and wellbeing and is a certified Mat Pilates Instructor and marathon runner. Having moved overseas in 2023, she understands the challenges and growth that come with significant life changes, and is devoted to creating kind, safe spaces where people can build confidence, connection and community.

Outside of work, she loves the outdoors and crafting handmade cards to keep handwritten letters alive.
