Elton joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2026 and specialises in Technology recruitment across permanent and temporary appointments. With more than 20 years of recruitment experience in the Melbourne market, including 12 years specialising in Technology, he partners with organisations to appoint mid-level professionals through to senior leaders across the full technology lifecycle.
Elton brings deep market knowledge across a broad range of industries and is known for building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. His consultative approach is grounded in integrity, responsiveness and a genuine understanding of the people and business behind each appointment. He works closely with organisations to identify high-performing technology professionals who can make a meaningful contribution to business outcomes, while supporting candidates through considered career moves.
Outside of work, Elton is a passionate Brisbane Lions supporter, enjoys playing golf, staying active and spending time with his family.
