Emily is part of Six Degrees Executive’s Brisbane team, supporting national contracting operations and playing a key role in strengthening process, compliance and candidate experience.

With over seven years’ experience across agency recruitment, managed services and contractor compliance, Emily brings a strong operational lens to the business. She began her career supporting high volume government portfolios, managing onboarding, governance, payroll liaison and VMS systems which has shaped her disciplined approach to process, stakeholder communication and risk management.

Emily later moved into a managed services environment, overseeing end-to-end contractor onboarding, compliance and invoicing, while delivering reporting and insights to senior stakeholders across complex technology portfolios.

Since joining Six Degrees in 2024, she has focused on system improvement, process optimisation and ensuring both clients and candidates experience a seamless journey.

Outside of work, Emily loves travelling and immersing herself in new cultures, finding perspective and energy in exploring different parts of the world.
