Jennifer is one of Melbourne's Associate Directors at Six Degrees Executive, leading the FMCG, Retail and B2B Sales practice. Since joining the Melbourne team in 2010, she has built a strong reputation as one of Australia’s most trusted specialists in sales recruitment within the consumer and FMCG landscape.

With deep market knowledge and a highly consultative approach, Jennifer partners closely with clients to define what best-practice talent looks like and to solve complex hiring challenges. She is equally passionate about supporting candidates to find roles where they can deliver meaningful impact and long-term career growth, and is a close partner with the Joe Berry Awards.

Prior to Six Degrees, Jennifer built her career in events and hotel management before transitioning into recruitment, where she quickly established herself as a specialist in sales talent.
