Recruitment Team Coordinator
Keerthi joined Six Degrees Executive in Sydney in 2023 as Office Manager and Recruitment Team Coordinator, supporting the NSW business with the operational structure that enables consultants and leadership teams to perform at their best. She plays a central role in coordinating day-to-day office operations, ensuring the Sydney team runs efficiently while maintaining a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
With a background across accounting, administration and retail environments, Keerthi brings strong organisational discipline and attention to detail to a fast-paced recruitment setting. Holding a Master’s in Business Administration (HR) and a Bachelor of Science, she combines structured thinking with a collaborative approach to supporting teams and managing competing priorities. Known for her reliability and calm under pressure, Keerthi focuses on building strong internal relationships and creating an environment where consultants can focus on delivering great outcomes for clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Keerthi enjoys cooking and experimenting with new flavours in the kitchen, exploring cafés across Sydney and spending time outdoors. She also stays busy supporting her two active boys through their sports and activities across the Northern Beaches.
