Contracting Operations and Compliance Specialist
Martina joined Six Degrees Executive in 2017 and supports the national business as Contracting Operations and Compliance Specialist. She plays a key role in our contracting lifecycle - ensuring contractors are onboarded efficiently, compliance obligations are met so clients and candidates feel confident throughout process. With a Bachelor of Health Science and a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Martina brings a strong foundation in risk, process and stakeholder support.
Before joining Six Degrees Executive, she built experience across workplace injury management, pre-employment medicals and recruiting GPs, giving her a practical understanding of sensitive, detail-driven work.
She is known for her reliability, follow-through and calm approach, especially when timelines are tight. Martina's work underpins the trust clients place in the business - reducing risk, strengthening contractor experience and enabling consultants to focus on delivering talent solutions without compliance barriers.
Outside of work, Martina loves travelling and will jump on a plane whenever she can - even despite an extreme fear of flying! She has spent several years living and travelling across Ireland and London and has a not so secret addiction to reality TV.
