Maya joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2012 and leads Digital, Marketing & Communications recruitment across Consumer & FMCG and Retail organisations. She partners with mid-level professionals through to executive leaders across permanent appointments nationally and internationally.

With over 16 years’ executive recruitment experience, Maya works across brand, innovation, category, shopper marketing, eCommerce and digital leadership functions. Her clients range from founder-led SMEs to ASX-listed and private equity-backed enterprises navigating growth and transformation.

Maya takes a strategic and relationship-led approach, working closely with clients to define long-term capability aligned to commercial objectives. She believes leadership appointments should strengthen both immediate performance and future direction. Known for her considered style, Maya builds enduring partnerships grounded in trust and market insight.

Outside of work, she values time outdoors, travel and celebrating her Eastern European heritage with her family.
