Maya joined Six Degrees in 2012 as a Talent Engagement Specialist and quickly progressed to her current role as Associate Director, where she now leads the Marketing, Digital & Communications Practice for Victoria.

With over 12 years of experience, Maya has successfully sourced functional leadership appointments such as Chief Marketing Officers, Customer Experience, Data, Insights & Analytics, Shopper Marketing, Innovation Directors, and Chief Digital Officers for a diverse array of local and global organizations. She excels in partnering closely with clients, consulting them on talent strategy, and effectively appointing leaders who drive organizational success.

In her role as Associate Director overseeing the VIC Marketing, Digital, and Communications division, Maya and her team also focus on sourcing candidates for Marketing roles across sectors including Not-for-Profit, Government, Health, Retail, Financial Services, FMCG, Industrial, Technology, and Consumer Goods.
