Niall joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2026 and specialises in Marketing and Digital recruitment across Business-to-Business and Services organisations. He partners with mid-level professionals across permanent appointments, supporting businesses to strengthen both commercial and customer capability.
Prior to relocating to Melbourne, Niall spent three years in banking, working within branch banking before transitioning into derivatives and international payments in Ireland. This foundation has given him a strong understanding of financial markets, commercial risk and stakeholder accountability.
Since moving to Australia in 2022, he has built experience across industries including banking, transport and energy, bringing a broad commercial perspective to his recruitment approach. Niall takes a considered and analytical approach to recruitment, balancing pace with preparation. He works closely with clients to understand commercial drivers and with candidates to ensure career moves align with long-term progression and skill development.
Outside of work, Niall enjoys training at the gym, swimming and sauna sessions, and is a passionate football fan and Glasgow Celtic supporter.
