National Recruitment Team Lead & Executive Assistant
Nish joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2014 and is the EA to our CEO Suzie McInerney. Her role spans executive support, and team leadership across multiple industry ecosystems.
Beginning her career in retail leadership before transitioning into recruitment, Nish progressed through Reception, Office Management and coordination roles before stepping into her national leadership role. She leads the recruitment support team, oversees internal events and contributes to strengthening both the culture and connection across the business.
Nish is known for her consistency, reliability and people first leadership style. She is passionate about developing team capability and creating structured processes that allow consultants to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and candidates. She believes strong businesses are built through trust, preparation and shared accountability.
Outside of work, Nish enjoys Pilates, reading and spending time with family and friends.
