Paul is a Founder and Director of Six Degrees Executive, bringing over two decades of experience in Executive Search and human capital advisory.

He is also the Founder & Chair of Progressional, a career transition and outplacement advisory firm, and has been involved in building and supporting multiple ventures, including Opiah Wines.

Paul is widely recognised for his work advising Boards and leadership teams across Sport, Media and Entertainment, with a strong focus on C-suite and senior leadership appointments. He has led a number of high-profile executive assignments, including CEO and senior executive appointments across professional sporting organisations.

Paul combines deep commercial insight with a highly relational approach, partnering closely with organisations to navigate complex talent challenges and build enduring leadership capability. At the core of Paul’s approach is a belief in authentic human connection. He is known for bringing people together, fostering collaboration and building long-term relationships that create both commercial and community impact.

An entrepreneur at heart, Paul continues to invest in and mentor emerging businesses. He is also a strong advocate for meaningful, real-world connection in an increasingly digital world and is deeply committed to philanthropy and social impact, including his ongoing support of First Nations initiatives, Igniting Change and The MAD Foundation.
