Phillip joined Six Degrees Executive in Sydney in 2015 and specialises in B2B Sales appointments across Business-to-Business, Education and Services organisations. He partners with mid-level professionals through to senior commercial leaders across permanent recruitment, supporting businesses to strengthen revenue capability and competitive market growth.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and over fifteen years of experience across engineering and technology environments, Phillip brings a strong technical and commercial lens to his work. He understands how sales, operations and technical functions intersect, and works closely with clients to define the leadership capability required to drive performance in complex, fast-moving markets.

Phillip is known for his structured and disciplined approach, and believes in delivering assignments thoroughly and with clarity from the outset, building professional partnerships that extend beyond a single conversation and contribute to long-term career and business progression.
