Robert joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2023 and specialises in Operations, Safety and Technical recruitment across Consumer & FMCG organisations. He partners with mid-level professionals across permanent appointments, supporting manufacturing and industrial businesses to strengthen functional leadership and site performance.
With over four years of recruitment experience in the engineering, operations and safety markets, Robert has built capability recruiting mid-senior appointments across production, quality, engineering and health and safety functions. He works with both national manufacturers and high-growth private businesses, understanding the operational pressures and leadership capability required in these environments.
Robert is focused on building strong, transparent relationships and ensuring each appointment delivers long-term value to both the individual and the business. He brings energy and consistency to his work, supporting candidates through considered career moves while helping clients build a dependable leadership team.
Outside of recruitment, Robert can be found at the MCG supporting Collingwood, exploring the Yarra Valley or planning his next holiday, usually chasing the sunshine.
