Rohan McMaster

Senior Manager

​Rohan joined the Six Degrees Executive Melbourne team in 2021, with over 18 years of recruitment and search experience in both Melbourne and London. As the Senior Manager for Accounting and Finance, Rohan has spent a significant portion of his career specialising in this sector and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University. Most recently Rohan worked as the National Talent Acquisition Manager for an Outside School Hours provider.

When he's not recruiting, Rohan can be found enjoying sports and coaching his daughter's school netball team. He's a believer in creating a positive impression through professionalism and integrity, whilst also having fun along the way.

His favourite quote comes from reading Anne of Green Gables with his daughter, where he found the great line, "Next to trying and winning, the best thing is trying and failing" - a great lesson for all of us!
