Rohan McMaster brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment, with a career that spans both the UK and Australian markets. He specialises in senior finance appointments across private and listed businesses, supporting organisations through periods of change, transition, and growth. Known for his strong networks and trusted relationships, Rohan takes a strategic, people-centred approach to recruitment and recently joined our Executive Search team recruiting CFO's and senior finance executives.

Outside of work, Rohan is an early riser who loves cycling to work to kickstart his day. Weekends are all about quality time with family - especially baking with his daughter. He lives by a mantra he’s passed on to her: “Next to trying and winning, the best thing is trying and failing.”
