Rohan joined Six Degrees Executive in 2021 and is part of the Executive Search team in Melbourne, specialising in senior Finance appointments across Business-to-Business, Consumer & FMCG, Retail, Education, Not-for-profit, Healthcare, and Services organisations. He partners with senior leaders, Executives and CFOs through permanent search, particularly supporting businesses through periods of growth, transition and structural change.
With over 20 years of experience across the UK and Australian markets, Rohan brings depth, perspective and a strong network within the Finance community. He has worked extensively across private and listed businesses, building trusted relationships and helping organisations navigate complex leadership decisions. His approach is strategic and people-centred, grounded in preparation, discretion and long-term partnership.
Rohan understands that senior finance leaders influence and shape strategy, governance and future direction of the business. He works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure each appointment is aligned to both parties long-term aspirations, as well as immediate needs.
Outside of work, Rohan is an early riser who enjoys cycling, spending time with family and planning the next local or overseas adventure.
