Ryan joined Six Degrees Executive in 2026 as a Client Partner within our National Executive Search team. He partners with organisations across Consumer & FMCG, Government, Not-for-profit, Healthcare, Services and Property & Construction to appoint senior leaders, Executives and C-suite talent through permanent search.
With over two decades of experience in executive search and talent advisory, Ryan brings depth, perspective and commercial rigour to complex leadership appointments. His career has spanned public and private sectors, supporting organisations through transformation, growth and structural change.
Ryan is known for his relationship-led approach and ability to navigate sensitive, high-stakes briefs with clarity and discretion. He values honest conversations, strong preparation and meaningful partnership - ensuring every appointment strengthens leadership capability at the top.
Outside of work, Ryan is deeply engaged in his community and leadership initiatives. As a long-time rugby supporter, Ryan also manages Women’s Rugby 7s teams at local, state and national levels… so leadership, teamwork and performance under pressure are well and truly part of his world.
