Client Services Director
Sean joined Six Degrees Executive in Queensland in 2026 as Client Services Director, specialising in Executive Search across Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations and Technical disciplines. He partners with organisations across Education, Not-for-profit, Healthcare, Services and Property & Construction to appoint senior leaders and C-suite talent through permanent search.
With more than 20 years of recruitment and leadership experience across Europe and Australasia, Sean brings deep market knowledge and a strong track record across technical and operational environments. As a former Founding Director of two successful recruitment businesses, he has built teams from the ground up and supported established organisations through growth and transformation. Sean is known for his extensive network across Queensland, particularly within technical and project-driven industries, and for his commitment to delivering rigorous, relationship-led search processes that drive long-term outcomes. He is also an active mentor within the recruitment community, contributing to the development of the profession through both formal and informal channels.
Outside of work, Sean is passionate about sport, playing Masters football and coaching a Queensland Academy-level girls team. He enjoys travelling and has lived across the UK and Spain, recently completing a three-month road trip across Queensland and the Northern Territory with his family.
