Tiernan joined Six Degrees Executive in 2023 and is part of the Melbourne Supply Chain Contracting team. He specialises in temporary recruitment across Business-to-Business, Consumer & FMCG and Retail, partnering with organisations to appoint entry to mid-level Supply Chain professionals who can step into the role and adds value from day one.
With a background in recruitment across Ireland and the UK, Tiernan began his career in hospitality recruitment during a challenging Covid market before moving into construction recruitment with a boutique London agency. Today, he supports leading consumer and FMCG brands with contract talent solutions, understanding that in supply chain, timing and reliability matter just as much as capability.
Tiernan focuses on being someone who clients and candidates can rely on – with clear communication, strong follow-through and no overcomplication. He believes short-term hires should always strengthen a business’s long-term outcomes.
Outside of work, Tiernan is a sports enthusiast - whether it’s tennis, long-distance running, the gym or a live DJ set, he brings the same energy to his downtime as he does to his role.
