State Contracting Lead
Jo joined Six Degrees Executive in 2008 and is the State Contracting Lead in Melbourne. She brings close to two decades of client-side marketing experience prior to recruitment, having worked across global brands including automotive, retail and FMCG organisations.
Originally a marketer by trade, Jo transitioned into recruitment to combine her commercial experience with love for talent advisory and connections. Her client-side background gives her a practical understanding of marketing and digital functions, allowing her to guide team structures and contract strategy.
As State Contracting Lead, Jo is responsible for driving contracting performance across every team in Victoria, while remaining hands-on with senior client partnerships herself. She sets clear standards, values curiosity and fosters a high-performance environment where consultants are supported to grow and deliver consistently.
Outside of work, Jo is known for her competitive spirit, having completed multiple endurance events and is a proud mum of two.
