Kristan is Six Degrees Executive’s Chief Growth Officer, responsible for driving the national growth of the contracting and interim solutions division.

With over 18 years’ experience at Six Degrees, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the business, including establishing and scaling the Brisbane office into a high-performing team. Kristan has built her career across multiple disciplines, leading both the Contracting & Interim Talent Solutions division nationally and the Marketing & Digital, Retail and Sales team in Melbourne. She brings a highly commercial and adaptable approach, with deep expertise in supporting organisations through transformation, growth and change.

Known for her ability to partner closely with clients to solve complex business challenges, Kristan focuses on delivering talent solutions that create long lasting impact. She is also a strong advocate for diversity in leadership and is passionate about supporting and mentoring women in senior roles across the Australian market.

Outside of work, Kristan enjoys travel, fitness and spending time with family and friends. A natural extrovert, she thrives on meeting new people, experiencing new environments and stepping outside her comfort zone - often with her miniature Dachshund, Rocky, close by.
