Scott joined Six Degrees Executive in 2013 and leads the Engineering, Operations, Technical and Safety practice in Melbourne. He partners with organisations across Business-to-Business, Consumer & FMCG, Retail, and Services to appoint senior leaders and executive talent across permanent and contract recruitment.
With over 17 years of recruitment experience, Scott has built deep expertise across engineering, manufacturing, capital projects and operational leadership. He has supported organisations of all sizes, from SMEs to large publicly listed businesses, recruiting roles across operations, quality, innovation and safety functions.
Scott is known for his accountable approach and his ability to navigate technically complex environments, teams or opportunities. He enjoys working with founders, executives and operational leaders to define the capability required for scale and long-term performance.
Outside of work, Scott is a proud dad who follows current events and markets closely, keeps active, and enjoys good food, wine and AFL.
