Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Business & Digital Transformation you will lead this renewal as the organisation implements the latest tools to create an outstanding experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

The role will see you work on (but not limited to) the following:
Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap of initiatives to implement future state vision leading to scale the business into a major $100m+ organisation
Collaborate with the Head of Technology and business owners to define innovative, scalable process and system solutions
Maintain a lean PMO function to coordinate improvement activities across the business
Work with the Head of Technology and business owners to build, implement and hardwire new capabilities into the business
Our client is not only looking for an innovative and transformation leader, but also an individual who is enjoys 'getting stuck into' day to day tasks while also keeping an eye on the big picture and emerging trends.
To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:
A successful track record leading the design and implementation of innovative operations and transformation within a variety of settings
A strong understanding of user centred design with a focus on ensuring processes and solutions meet the needs of users
A comprehensive understanding of cloud-based platforms and systems architecture and how they enable high performance (ideally Salesforce)
A deeply analytical mindset, with skills in designing and conducting sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decision-making. An understanding of big data and AI trends would be an advantage
Experience in lean, agile change management concepts and an ability to manage a lean PMO
A can-do attitude, with pride in your ability to deliver results in an efficiency and detailed manner
A driven, high performing mindset, with an ability to manage the big picture and get hands on when needed
Ideally you will have 10 plus years of consulting experience encompassing operational improvement and be up to date with the latest innovations in process automation, technology and analytics. Equally, you will have commercial acumen yet be truly collaborative and enjoy taking others on the journey.
