About the Role
This role is NOT for you if you're looking for a "business as usual" / maintenance type marketing role. Working in a fast paced environment and acting as a shared resource between two core business units, this role is responsible for the implementation of ambitious marketing acquisition strategies. You will utilise existing market data and insights to inform activities that focus on all parts of the customer lifecycle, and will leverage your generalist digital experience to make recommendations on how to reach new customers with ROI in mind. This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies across the business. You will be challenged in this role, and be expected to challenge others.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience ideally working in financial services. You have a track record in taking a continuous improvement mindset to your outputs, and are at ease in the data. You may not have a "typically corporate" background, but are familiar with agile, fast paced and customer centric environments. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is advantageous.
