About the role
An opportunity to join their head office in the role of Senior National Account Manager for a key grocery partner has become available. This role will take a seat in a best practice focused team and is responsible for the execution of channel and customer strategies and ultimately, the commercial delivery of the brand across a major strategic customer. Fundamentally, this role will be responsible for building customer business and engagement plans which successfully link the business and customer strategy. You will lead on the execution of the JVP and activation plan across all levels of the customer and do so leading a direct report of a National Account Executive. As senior lead in the team you will proactively build and foster the relationships of not only the customer but that of your internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of successful business outcomes that achieve the commercial goals across divisions.
It is essential that the successful candidate has well developed experience managing a grocery portfolio in a sophisticated FMCG environment. You will be able to clearly demonstrate how you have developed complex, successful customer development strategies that have delivered sustainable growth and market share gains.
