The Company: I’m currently working with a Logistics company who are based on site at one of their client sites in Western Sydney. They specialise in supporting leading Pharma & Biotech companies with the transport and distribution of temperature-controlled and time-critical shipments. They are now looking to add a Customer Service Agent to their ranks as the business continues to grow.

The role:
Working as a Customer Service Agent, your role will involve processing orders from clients that will come through a variety of sources. Ensuring clients are kept informed regarding their orders and monitoring and actioning emails through the Customer Service mailbox. They will also calculate and arrange the positioning of suitable temperature-controlled packaging & logger supplies, as well as ensuring they are compliant with company policies and procedures.  

Success Profile:
We are looking for someone with previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service in the transport and logistics space – ideally with a background in Pharmaceuticals/temperature-controlled products. They will have to be able to handle varying workloads and have strong stakeholder management skills and a strong work ethic.
