About the Role
Reporting through to the Head of Global Quality, the focus of this role is to identify and execute a range of projects covering process improvements, thermal processing, food safety, and data integrity. It is essential that you foster a culture of continuous improvements and drive project outcomes. This is a strategic role to identify, analyse and evaluate effectiveness of current business processes that are in scope around the Food Safety and Quality Management System. They are seeking someone who has hands-on experience in food manufacturing and can move from a QC to a QA approach as well as Six Sigma qualifications and extensive stakeholder management, and a disciplined project management mindset. Implementation of food safety systems, dashboards and analytical tools would be highly regarded.

Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in development, coordination, and implementation of programs into manufacturing processes.
• Experience and ownership in change management and performance improvement
• A track record in delivering and influencing others to deliver to defined milestones and deadlines.
• Functional leadership around emerging technologies and their application, including analytical, data management, product life cycle management technologies and rapid methods.
• Continuous Improvement projects identified, managed, and delivered to agreed business aligned outcomes.
