We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join the technology team in an International Australian Retail Brand. You will be working for a growing, forward thinking business that is at the forefront of their industry in Australia.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2.x websites, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Implement and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Magento's frontend technologies.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to Magento best practices.
  • Integrate third-party extensions, plugins, and APIs to enhance website functionality.
  • Utilize container technology (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to create, deploy, and manage application environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.
  • Deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices to protect customer data and website integrity.
Skills required:
  • Strong experience writing modern PHP with Magento, Laravel Framework
  • Strong background in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and practices.
  • Experience with JS framework like nodejs, Vue or React and JQuery
  • In-depth knowledge of Magento 2.x architecture, themes, and modules.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to design and query databases, MySQL and Redis preferable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Senior Position:
AUD$130,000 Salary + benefits
