Ecommerce Product Analyst

A nationally recognised household name within the online retail arena is currently looking for a detail-orientated eCommerce Product Analyst to join the team due to business growth. This is a full-time position based out of there North-West Sydney office. This role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week- There is staff parking onsite 


About The Job
  • Supporting the launch of products on websites according to timelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collate relevant product material and ensure items are up to date on our websites.
  • Responsible for product maintenance across the website by working closely with the product team.
  • Contribute to agile software development sprints, identifying product roadmap opportunities, website issues, and other potential UX optimisations
  • Contribute to campaign rollouts ensuring that pricing, product merchandising, and other website digital assets are in place.
  • Assist in resolving product-related inquiries from customers and showrooms that relate to our e-commerce store or internal quoting application.
  • Copywriting and maintaining product descriptions across the website

About You

  • Detail Orientated person with an eye for design and ability to work autonomously
  • Previous experience in an e-commerce role, ideally within the retail sector
  • Demonstrated experience in optimising website sales and performance
  • Experience with e-commerce tooling like Magento, and Shopify, Would be nice but not a must.
  • Project management or product management experience with the ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines
