Note: This role is based in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs and will require you to be onsite a few days a week yet offers flexible Ways of Working. The team culture is both supportive and progressive within this family run business.
 
The Opportunity:
 
As an Office 365 Cloud Environment Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the Office 365 cloud environment. You'll work alongside a talented infrastructure team and report directly to the Infrastructure Manager. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of their digital workspace.
 
About the role:

You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
  • Maintain and administer the Office 365 environment, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and other related services.
  • Monitor and optimize the cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to implement best practices and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Office 365-related issues
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
 About you:

To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining Office 365 cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate) preferred.
