We are searching for an experienced Digital Performance Manager to bring all external digital agency efforts in-house. Agency experience is a must!

From there, to spearhead the development and execution of strategic digital marketing plans across all channels, propelling business growth and brand engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Bring all external digital agency efforts in-house.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to analyse demographics, market trends, and competitive landscapes for strategic decision-making.
  • Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget across various channels.
  • Oversee key platforms and channels, including Google Search, Meta platforms, email marketing, SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, Display advertising, and DSP management.
  • Strategize and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with teams to produce engaging content supporting SEO efforts and enhance CRM systems for personalized marketing.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience across digital marketing, including strategy and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Search, Meta platforms, Klaviyo, and SMS campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytical tools
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus is a plus is desired
