As a Project Manager for their Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, meeting established time, cost, and quality objectives. our core responsibilities revolve around ensuring successful project execution. You'll take direct charge of performance, costs, and schedules, providing on-site leadership to guide teams effectively. Managing expectations, fostering crucial relationships, and optimizing commercial aspects are key. Additionally, your role involves meticulous program management, monitoring project progress, addressing delays, and ensuring top-notch reporting covering safety, commercial, and project aspects while prioritizing on-site health and safety measures as a priority.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within data centre or construction projects.
- Lead the Project Delivery Team, focusing on stakeholder relationships, cost management, and compliance.
- Manage project scope and changes while upholding time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Ability to manage project scope changes effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols in construction environments.
