The Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this business-critical role has been created to drive operational growth & performance improvement in a fast-paced sales team. Targeting SMEs across Australia, you will bring a natural business development mindset to this high-performance culture. Your core responsibility will be to drive new business, onboard new clients and continually exceed your quarterly revenue targets.

The Person
You will be an inquisitive and naturally driven salesperson who has developed expertise during a career in high performance sales teams. You will bring an energy and hunger to continually exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets were hitting 100% is the minimum. You thrive in a fast-paced inside sales environment whilst bringing strategic thinking and senior stakeholder & cross-functional influencing skills to bring on new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding. Data is the foundation of success in this role, so you'll be able to demonstrate high level analytical skills and a strong track record of data-based decision making. .

To be considered, the following is essential:
  • Highly developed sales skills, hands-on and in the detail but also strategic and outcome focused.
  • Inside Sales experience with exposure of high-volume transactional sales.
  • A passion for people & proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Extremely strong commercial, numeric & analytical skills (eg advanced Excel & Power BI), highly numbers & results driven.
  • Confident and clear communication skills, an ability to inspire and drive strategic conversations with clients.
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred
