We have a rare opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance team, working closely with our Brand Teams, reporting into the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, based at our head office in Mt Waverley.  Your key focus and responsibility for this role will be for all aspects of the Financial Planning, Forecasting and Analysis on our Brand and Logistic forecast. As the Brand and Logistics Analyst, you will manage the monthly forecasting cycle, work cross functionally on NPD feasibility, and develop the annual budget. Role will also support the key contract negotiation in the logistic area and will collaborate with plant manager to unlock growth opportunities.

Key focus areas for this role:
  • Responsible for managing Forecasting within the monthly Integrated Business Management cycle, annual budgeting and reporting for a $50m BU.
  • Responsible for the generation and distribution of all finance reporting and analysis for the Market Acceleration Team for BU and Logistics team.
  • Business partnering with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams in building robust financials models and facilitating data driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Revenue Management Team to unlock Strategic Revenue Management Opportunities.
  • Responsible for the generation and distribution of all brand reporting and analysis for the BU and Logistic team.
  • Providing ad hoc financial information and reporting that add value to the business.
 
What you will bring: 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office (Power point and Excel), SAP or similar ERP system.
  • 4-6 years’ relevant commercial experience with a proven track record of driving strong business results.
  • Experience working and interacting with stakeholders across the business to drive, challenge and influence business results.
  • Proven influencing skills & agility to contribute to and execute plans within a matrix organisation. 
  • Member of a professional institute- eg CIMA/CPA/CA
  • Strong commercial, problem solving and analytical skills.
